Finding Excitement

Silver Rose just sent an article around about finding Excitement, not happiness. She said, "while we think we seek happiness, what we really want is excitement. Ferris, an author, puts it this way: "The question you should be asking isn't, "What do I want?" or "What are my goals? but "What would excite me?""

So as I sit here and contemplate that...I find that many, many things excite me. I'm excited when I finish a project, when I dance on a stage, when I give a presentation, when I complete a training, when I'm mentoring, when I'm sewing a costume, when I get a pat on the back, when I'm hiking a high peak and I make it to the top, when I paint my toes...so what does this say about me? That I'm easily excited--or excitable?? I think maybe I have already found the activities and job that get me excited as I think I've always lived my life this way...so for this I'm TOTALLY EXCITED!
